Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Vdevture Technologies Private Limited ("Vdevture", "we", "us", "our"), we are committed to providing high-quality IT services and software development solutions to our clients. We also strive to ensure that our clients are satisfied with our services. However, we understand that there may be instances when you need to cancel or request a refund for our services. Please read this policy carefully to understand our refund and cancellation procedures.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your service with us, please notify us in writing at least 14 days before the start date of the service. If you cancel within 14 days of the start date, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total service fee.

If we need to cancel your service for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund any fees paid for the service.

Refund Policy
  1. Unsatisfactory services: If you are not satisfied with our services, please notify us in writing within 14 days of the completion of the service. We will investigate your claim and if we find that our services were not provided as agreed, we will provide a refund for the service.
  2. Service not provided: If we are unable to provide the service as agreed, we will provide a full refund of the service fee.
Mode of Refund

Refunds will be processed using the same mode of payment used for the original transaction. If the original payment was made by credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same credit card within 7-14 business days. If the original payment was made by bank transfer, the refund will be made to the same bank account within 7-14 business days, except in cases where the original payment was made through a payment processor. In such cases, the refund will be processed through the payment processor and may take additional time for the funds to be credited to your account.

Refund Timelines

Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days of the approval of the refund request. However, the actual timeline for receiving the refund may vary depending on the payment method and the bank involved.
